Press Release - Athens Arts4All 2020 Canceled
The first weekend in May is the start of the summer season for most artisans. Warmer temperatures, sunny skies and the Athens Arts4All. The grounds of Harlan Rowe Middle School are filled with laughter, food, music and ART! Until this year.
With concern for the artisans and visitors who make up the Arts4All community, the Athens Arts4All committee has decided to cancel the May 2 and 3, 2020, event. After considerable discussion, we do not want to potentially place anyone in harm’s way.
In an effort to help our artisans and to continue to focus on the arts, we have created a “Virtual Arts4All”. Check out www.athensarts4all.com to find links to your favorite artisans, performances by outstanding musicians, crafting ideas for everyone in the community and our fantastic sponsors.
Please check out updates on our website and Facebook page. We have plenty of activities planned to give everyone the Arts4All experience and keep May 1 and 2, 2021 open!
